NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Visitors to Nashville’s Tomato Art Fest can expect warm, mostly sunny skies and temperatures climbing into the low 90s through Sunday. The weekend brings only a slight risk for showers, meaning festival-goers should be able to enjoy the outdoor art, music, and food without much weather disruption.

According to the National Weather Service in Nashville, Saturday’s high will range from 82 to 92 degrees with lows dipping to the upper 60s overnight. Sunday will be just a touch warmer, topping out between 84 and 93 degrees, with a minimal 10–20% chance of afternoon showers or isolated thunderstorms.

Hot pavement and high humidity may make conditions feel warmer, so attendees should stay hydrated and take breaks in shaded areas. Roads around East Nashville could see heavier-than-usual pedestrian traffic, so drivers are urged to slow down and watch for crosswalks.

Rain chances will gradually increase early next week, but sunshine remains the main story for the weekend. Any showers Sunday are expected to be brief and scattered, with no widespread washouts.
