Nashville, TN – A cold front has swept through Middle Tennessee, bringing gusty winds and cooler temperatures to the region, according to the National Weather Service in Nashville.
Winds between 30 and 40 mph were reported Sunday as the front moved through, signaling a transition to dry and cooler weather for the upcoming week. Overnight lows Sunday will dip into the mid-30s to low 40s, with highs Monday ranging from 64 to 73 degrees under mostly sunny skies.
The rest of the week looks calm and clear, with temperatures gradually cooling — midweek lows could fall into the upper 30s, especially in rural areas. Rain chances remain minimal until late Friday and Saturday, when a 40–50% chance of showers returns to the region.
The National Weather Service says the shift marks the beginning of a cooler late-October pattern, with pleasant daytime highs and crisp, chilly nights.
