Nashville, TN – A motorcyclist was killed in a high-speed crash Thursday night on Trinity Lane near Scruggs Lane, according to Metro Nashville Police.

Authorities identified the victim as Elliot Carter, 31, of Nashville. The collision occurred around 9 p.m. when a driver in an eastbound Mazda MZ3 sedan turned left into a parking lot and was struck in the passenger side by Carter’s motorcycle.
