Nashville, TN – Arsenio Miller surrendered at the Criminal Warrants Division overnight and was taken into custody on outstanding warrants related to an April 14 fatal crash.

According to authorities, the ongoing investigation into the hit-and-run collision on Gallatin Pike near Marion Avenue that killed TSU football player Chazen Page, 20, led to the issuance of arrest warrants against Miller, 33, Thursday afternoon. He faces charges of leaving the scene of a crash involving death, failure to render aid, and failure to report a crash.

Page was struck by a maroon SUV while crossing Gallatin Pike around 1:30 a.m. A Ford Edge registered to Miller, with front-end damage consistent with hitting a pedestrian, was found on April 15 in the backyard of a relative’s home on Oakhurst Drive. Miller refused police interviews in April and remains under investigation to identify the driver on the morning of April 14.

The warrants allege that Miller, as the vehicle owner, should have knowledge of who was driving the SUV during the fatal collision. Miller’s refusal to cooperate has prolonged the investigation.

Authorities urge anyone with information about the case or Miller’s whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
