Coal City, IL – A fundraiser has been launched to support the funeral expenses and the surviving children of Ally Tvrz, a 26-year-old mother from Godley, Illinois, who tragically lost her life in a car accident on Sunday night.
The accident, involving downed electrical wires, occurred on Illinois State Route 113 at Edgewater Drive. According to the Kankakee County Coroner’s Office, the accident happened at when a Hyundai veered off the road and hit a utility pole, causing the vehicle to roll over. Tvrz was in the backseat at the time and pronounced dead at the scene.
Ashley Ritter, Ally Tvrz’s sister, has organized a GoFundMe campaign to raise $7,500 for Tvrz’s funeral expenses and to support her two young sons. As of today, the campaign has raised nearly $3,000.
