According to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, investigators executed a search warrant on October 22, 2025, at a residence in Lacey’s Spring. Authorities arrested Anthony Thomas Brunsman, 45, who is charged with 10 counts of possession of and intent to disseminate obscene matter containing visual depictions of a person under 17 years of age involved in obscene acts under Alabama Code 13A-12-192(b).

Brunsman was transported and booked into the Morgan County Jail, with bond set at $200,000.

The case involved assistance from the Madison County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, officials said.
