Montgomery County, TX – Deputies in Montgomery County say a man has been arrested and charged in connection with multiple business burglaries after investigators tied him to a series of thefts across Conroe.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a reported burglary at a business on FM 1314 on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The break-ins involved the Boost Mobile Cell Phone Store and the RB Mobile Repair Store.
Detectives soon identified a possible link to an earlier arrest made the same day. The suspect, identified as Andrew Burrows, had been taken into custody earlier for allegedly evading arrest. During that arrest, authorities reportedly found a large number of cell phones and tablets in his possession.
Investigators later questioned Burrows at the Montgomery County Jail, where officials say he confessed to participating in both burglaries. He has now been formally charged with felony burglary of a building, along with previous charges of evading arrest and intimidation–assault (Class C).
Deputies said they are working to return the recovered electronics to the affected businesses. Burrows remains in custody at the Montgomery County Jail as of press time.
