Montgomery County, OH – Authorities in the Dayton area are asking for the public’s help Wednesday in locating a 35-year-old man wanted on felony charges tied to sex offender registration requirements.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Raymond Toni Delmoral is currently wanted for Failure to Verify and Failure to Notify, both fourth-degree felonies (F4). Officials said Delmoral is classified as a Tier II sex offender and is required by law to maintain updated registration information with authorities.
Failure to verify and notify typically involves not updating address or other required registry details within mandated timeframes. Law enforcement agencies regularly conduct compliance checks to ensure registered offenders are meeting legal requirements.
The sheriff’s office shared Delmoral’s information as part of its weekly “Warrant Wednesday” initiative, which highlights individuals with active warrants in hopes of generating tips from the community.
Anyone with information about Delmoral’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Regional Dispatch Center at 937-225-4357 (HELP). Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Miami Valley Crime Stoppers at 937-222-STOP (7867).
Officials remind the public not to approach anyone believed to have an active warrant. Instead, contact law enforcement directly.
