Glasgow, Montana – Brutal wind chills dipping to -30 degrees are hitting Montana’s Hi-Line region through Monday morning, with dangerously cold air threatening frostbite and hypothermia for anyone caught unprepared. Overnight lows from -10 to -20 will be widespread, and even daytime highs are expected to stay near zero.
According to the National Weather Service in Glasgow, a Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect for areas along and north of the Missouri River, including Whitewater, Opheim, Scobey, and Glasgow. The coldest wind chills are expected late Saturday night through early Monday, with values of -28 to -30 degrees common. Cities like Culbertson, Wolf Point, and Sidney will also face frigid conditions, with wind chills dropping well below zero.
