According to the NWS in Billings, winds will strengthen by Monday evening, with the most intense gusts expected between Monday night and Tuesday afternoon. Areas near Livingston and Big Timber could see gusts reaching up to 60 mph, creating elevated risks for trucks, RVs, and other tall vehicles on I-90.
