Monroe County, NY Deputies Seek Suspects in Wegmans Larceny Case

Henrietta, NY – Sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help identifying individuals connected to a recent larceny at a popular grocery store in Monroe County.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2025, around 1:30 p.m. at the Wegmans store located at 650 Hylan Drive in the Town of Henrietta. Deputies released several surveillance images of the individuals they believe may have been involved.

The photos show two men inside the store, one wearing a dark green hooded sweatshirt layered over a blue hoodie and another seen in a white hoodie with dark patterned pants. Investigators say the individuals are sought in connection with the larceny case and are urging anyone who recognizes them to come forward.

Community members with information are asked to email mcsotips@monroecounty.gov and reference case number CR #25-180504. Authorities emphasized that the email inbox is not actively monitored, and anyone witnessing a crime in progress should call 911 immediately.

The Sheriff’s Office has not released details about what was allegedly stolen but said the investigation remains ongoing.

Officials are encouraging the public to share the images widely to help generate leads in the case.
