Authorities said the crash occurred around 3:17 p.m. on November 9, 2025, when a white Toyota Prius allegedly crossed the center line and collided head-on with a Chevrolet Equinox traveling in the opposite direction.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, all four occupants of the Prius and both occupants of the Equinox were transported by ambulance to IU Health Bloomington Hospital with injuries. The extent of their conditions has not yet been released.
