St. Louis, MO – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 36-year-old Alyssa Koester, who has been reported missing and is considered endangered after not being in contact with her family since September 18, 2025.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, Koester’s family reported her missing after multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach her. Authorities say her last known whereabouts are unknown, and relatives are deeply concerned for her safety.

Koester is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds. Two recent photos released by police show her with blonde-tipped dreadlocks and glasses.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Koester or has information on her location to call 911 immediately or contact the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit at 314-444-5738.

The department shared Koester’s photo and description on social media Wednesday, emphasizing that community awareness is crucial in helping locate her safely.

Anyone who lives in or around the St. Louis metro area and believes they may have seen Koester is encouraged to come forward.
