Springfield, MO – Residents of Springfield, Missouri can expect partly cloudy skies tonight, with temperatures dipping into the low 60s. The National Weather Service has issued a forecast indicating a 30% to 60% chance of rain, particularly affecting areas along and west of Highway 65. Although a few rumbles of thunder may accompany these showers, severe weather is not anticipated.

According to the National Weather Service, tonight’s showers will be intermittent and mostly light, allowing temperatures to remain cool. Tomorrow, Tuesday, the weather is expected to clear up slightly, with temperatures reaching a high of 81°F under partly sunny skies. Wednesday’s forecast promises plenty of sunshine with another high near 81°F, providing a pleasant midweek respite.

As the week progresses, Thursday will see a return of partly cloudy conditions, with a high of 82°F. However, by Friday, temperatures will begin to climb, reaching up to 88°F under partly cloudy skies. The warming trend is set to continue into Saturday, with sunny skies and a high of 92°F, offering a hot and dry start to the weekend.
