Paducah, KY – High pressure will dominate the weather across southern Illinois, Missouri, and Kentucky this weekend, bringing dry conditions and comfortable temperatures. Residents can expect sunny skies and low humidity, providing a pleasant break from recent heat.

According to the US National Weather Service in Paducah, today’s forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with highs ranging from 78 to 84 degrees and lows between 58 and 62 degrees. Friday will remain mostly sunny, with temperatures slightly warmer, reaching highs of 79 to 83 degrees and lows of 58 to 65 degrees.

Saturday will continue the trend of mostly sunny weather, with highs between 82 and 86 degrees and lows from 62 to 67 degrees. Sunday, however, brings a small chance of showers, mainly in western Kentucky. Despite the potential for rain, temperatures will stay warm, with highs from 83 to 87 degrees and lows between 64 and 69 degrees.

Looking ahead to next week, the region may see an increase in cloud cover and a higher chance of rain. Monday through Wednesday will bring scattered showers, with temperatures remaining in the mid-80s. By Thursday and Friday, the sun is expected to return, with temperatures staying steady in the mid-80s.
