According to the National Weather Service, showers and thunderstorms are expected to return on Saturday with a 30% chance of afternoon storms. Highs will remain between 77-83°F and lows will increase slightly to 60-65°F. Sunday follows with partly sunny skies and a 40% chance of storms, with temperatures reaching 77-82°F during the day and cooling to 60-65°F at night.

As we move into the workweek, Monday will feature mostly sunny skies with a 30% chance of afternoon storms and highs between 80-85°F. The pattern of warm temperatures and intermittent storms continues into Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs hovering around 80°F and 79°F, respectively.

The latter part of the week sees a mix of sun and clouds, with highs ranging from 82-85°F and lows consistently in the mid-60s. The forecast suggests that Minnesotans should keep an umbrella handy for the occasional afternoon storm but can also enjoy plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures.
