Duluth, MN – A Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect across northeastern Minnesota, causing hazardous travel conditions through noon Tuesday.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), visibility in affected areas, including Duluth, Grand Rapids, and International Falls, could drop to 1/4 mile or less. Freezing fog and light freezing drizzle may lead to icy roads, particularly on bridges and overpasses. Drivers are urged to use low-beam headlights, slow down, and allow extra stopping distance.

The advisory is set to expire at noon Tuesday, but patchy fog may linger. Temperatures will stay near 24°F overnight, rising to 30°F by afternoon.
