According to the National Weather Service, a 30% chance of flurries will persist through early Saturday before giving way to partly sunny skies. Highs will reach 36°F, but overnight temperatures will drop to 18°F. Sunday will remain mostly cloudy with a high near 37°F, while rain chances increase in the evening as temperatures hover around 32°F.
By Monday, Duluth will see a brief warm-up, with highs reaching 43°F. However, breezy conditions could make it feel cooler. Rain chances return Tuesday night, followed by snow showers Wednesday into Thursday as colder air moves in.
Drivers should remain cautious on major routes like I-35 and Highway 53 as conditions fluctuate. Wind gusts could reach up to 25 mph at times. Residents should prepare for slick roads and shifting temperatures throughout the week.
