Wayne Township, PA – The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) at Lewistown have identified and charged a woman connected to a late-night retail theft at the Nittany Minit Mart in Mifflin County.

According to PSP Troop C, the incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. on October 23, 2025, at the convenience store located at 566 U.S. Highway 522 South in Wayne Township. Investigators said the suspect allegedly took merchandise without paying before fleeing the scene in a white sedan traveling in an unknown direction.

Police have since identified the suspect as 37-year-old Rachel Miller of Shade Gap. Authorities said charges have been filed in the case.

PSP officials initially asked for public assistance to identify the woman and thanked community members for sharing the alert that led to her identification.
