Middle Tennessee Forecast: Dry Skies, Chilly Temps for Trick-or-Treaters

Nashville, TN – A classic fall Halloween evening is in store for Middle Tennessee, with dry skies and cool temperatures expected as trick-or-treaters hit the streets tonight.

According to the US National Weather Service Nashville, temperatures will start in the low 60s around 4 p.m. before cooling quickly after sunset. By 6 p.m., readings will fall into the mid- to upper 50s, and by 8 p.m., most areas—including Nashville, Clarksville, Lawrenceburg, and Cookeville—will dip into the 40s and low 50s.

Forecasters say conditions will remain dry and calm, making for a comfortable night for outdoor festivities, though residents should plan to wear light layers or a jacket with their costumes. Winds will stay light and skies mostly clear.

With no rain in the forecast, Middle Tennessee is set for ideal Halloween weather—just cool enough to feel like fall.
