According to the National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac, calm winds will shift southeast Friday afternoon, keeping conditions dry. Overnight lows will fall to the upper 50s before another warm day Saturday, with partly sunny skies and highs near 82.

Sunday looks mostly sunny with highs reaching the mid-80s. Light winds out of the southwest may add a late-summer feel but won’t bring storm chances, keeping the stretch quiet and dry. Roads and airports should remain clear, offering smooth travel for weekend plans.

By Monday, Detroit could see the warmest day in the period, with highs near 86 under sunny skies. Nights will remain mild, holding in the lower 60s. Officials advise drivers to use caution during early-morning fog, but otherwise, no weather-related disruptions are expected through next week.

Dry conditions dominate the outlook, with the next chance for unsettled weather holding off until late next week.
