Marquette, MI – Breezy conditions and light showers are expected to sweep through Marquette on Monday as the weekend’s mild weather gives way to cooler temperatures. Residents should brace for gusty winds throughout the day as the rain clears out.
The National Weather Service reports that Sunday night will be partly cloudy, with winds from the northwest picking up overnight. By Monday, expect a high of 58°F with wind gusts reaching up to 25 mph. This could cause difficulty along M-28 and other exposed roadways. Any early morning showers should taper off, with skies clearing by mid-afternoon.
Monday night will see a return to calm, with clear skies and lows in the low 40s. Tuesday brings sunny weather with highs expected to climb to 56°F, continuing into Wednesday with even more sun and comfortable conditions.
