Detroit, MI – Cooler temperatures are on the horizon for Southeastern Michigan this week, with Tuesday night expected to bring lows down to 43 degrees in the Detroit area. Today, the region will see a high of 65 degrees under mostly sunny skies, but gusts up to 18 mph will make for breezy conditions, especially for drivers along I-94 and I-75.
According to the National Weather Service, after tonight’s low of 45 degrees, Tuesday will offer similar cool and sunny weather, with highs again near 65 degrees. By Tuesday night, temperatures will dip into the low 40s, marking the coldest night of the week. Wednesday will bring sunshine and a high of 66 degrees, with temperatures gradually warming toward the weekend.
Residents should plan for cooler evenings, especially if spending time outdoors. The fall weather is expected to remain dry and sunny through Friday, with highs reaching the low 70s by the weekend.
