Grand Rapids, MI – Residents of Grand Rapids should prepare for scattered showers and isolated storms this evening. According to the US National Weather Service in Grand Rapids, storms are expected to develop south to southeast of the city through early evening. While the initial weather may be unsettled, skies will begin to clear from northwest to southeast across the area overnight. Lows tonight are anticipated to range between 62 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit, with winds becoming northerly at 5 to 10 MPH.

Looking ahead to the weekend, Grand Rapids will experience a warming trend. Saturday’s forecast predicts sunny skies with highs reaching 88 degrees and lows around 66 degrees. Sunday will continue to be warm with partly cloudy conditions and temperatures ranging from a low of 62 degrees to a high of 87 degrees.

Early next week, Monday brings a slight chance of showers with a 40% chance of precipitation, temperatures ranging from 68 to 82 degrees. Tuesday shows a higher chance of rain at 55%, with cooler temperatures between 62 and 77 degrees.

As we progress through the week, Wednesday and Thursday will see a return to sunny and partly cloudy skies, respectively, with highs in the upper 70s and lows in the upper 50s. Residents should stay updated with local weather reports and be prepared for varying conditions.
