Ann Arbor, MI – Voters across Ann Arbor are heading to the polls today as Election Day gets underway. Polling stations opened at 7 a.m. and will remain open until 8 p.m. this evening.
According to the City of Ann Arbor Government, residents are encouraged to verify their polling location and check estimated wait times using the city’s online Election Day Line Tracker, available through a2gov.org.
Local officials remind voters to bring proper identification and review their sample ballot before arriving to help speed up the process. Parking near City Hall and several downtown polling sites may be limited during peak voting hours, particularly around lunch and after work.
Ann Arbor residents can find full election information, including clerk contacts and same-day registration options, through the city’s Elections Office webpage.
Polls will close promptly at 8 p.m., but anyone already in line at that time will still be allowed to vote. Election results are expected to be reported later this evening and into early Wednesday morning.
Residents are urged to vote early in the day to avoid last-minute lines and ensure their ballots are counted without delay.
