Massachusetts Weather: Sunny Skies Sunday Before Rain Moves into Boston Next Week

Boston, MA – A dry and sunny Sunday is on tap for Boston before a shift to milder temperatures and increasing rain chances next week.

According to the National Weather Service, Sunday will start cloudy before clearing by the afternoon, with a high near 41°F. Winds will be light out of the west at 5–11 mph. Nighttime temperatures will drop to 22°F with partly cloudy skies.

Monday will remain dry with a high of 42°F, but cloud cover will increase into the evening. By Tuesday, temperatures will climb to 51°F, bringing mostly cloudy conditions. A strong chance of rain moves in Thursday and Friday, with highs in the mid-40s to low 50s.

Residents should prepare for wet conditions later in the week, with up to a 50% chance of rain by Thursday night. Winds will shift from the south, bringing a warmer but damp end to the week.
