Baltimore, MD – Maryland residents should prepare for a dynamic weekend of changing weather, with rain, snow, and temperature swings impacting travel and outdoor plans.

According to the National Weather Service, Friday will be the calm before the storm, with sunny skies and a high near 39°F. However, Saturday morning will bring a chance of snow before transitioning to rain by the afternoon. Temperatures will rise to a high of 43°F, with precipitation continuing into the night.

Saturday night will see heavy rainfall, increasing the risk of localized flooding, especially in low-lying areas and along major routes like I-95 and I-695. Winds could gust up to 25 mph at times, making driving conditions hazardous. By Sunday, temperatures will surge to 60°F, but rain is expected throughout the day.

After a wet weekend, Monday will bring much-needed relief with mostly sunny skies and a high near 36°F. Cooler temperatures will persist into Tuesday, with lows dipping into the 20s. Residents should plan for slick roads early in the week as temperatures drop.
