Baltimore, MD – A cold front will keep temperatures low in Baltimore this week, with snow chances Wednesday before a warming trend this weekend.

According to the National Weather Service, Wednesday’s high will only reach 30°F, with a slight chance of afternoon snow showers. Overnight temperatures will dip into the low 20s, with northwest winds around 6 mph. Snow chances increase Wednesday night, with a 30% probability of precipitation.

Thursday brings another chance for snow showers before noon, with highs reaching 31°F. By Friday, sunny skies return, and temperatures rise to 40°F. The weekend will see even warmer conditions, with highs of 45°F on Saturday and 48°F on Sunday.

Travelers should watch for slick road conditions Wednesday and Thursday, especially on major roadways like I-95 and I-695. If heading out early, allow extra time and drive cautiously.

The arctic front keeping Baltimore cold will move out by the weekend, bringing a much-needed break from the freezing temperatures.
