Investigators say a northbound vehicle stopped to turn left when it was struck from behind by another car, pushing it into the path of a Harford County Public School bus.
Deputies report that the struck vehicle was driven by a 17-year-old male, who sustained serious injuries and was flown to a trauma center. His 16-year-old female passenger was fatally injured. The 39-year-old male driving the striking vehicle was not hurt.
