Baltimore, MD – A 59-year-old youth softball coach has been arrested in Baltimore County on multiple sex offense charges, according to police.

The Baltimore County Police Department announced detectives arrested Michael J. Pusateri on charges that include rape, assault, sexual abuse of a minor and soliciting child pornography. According to the department, Pusateri was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond. A bail review hearing is scheduled for later today.

Authorities said Pusateri served as a coach with the Parkville Recreation Council Softball program and was also a volunteer assistant coach at Kenwood High School. He has additionally coached youth teams in Middle River and the Overlea-Fullerton area, according to police. Investigators said his long history in coaching raises concerns that there may be other victims who have not yet come forward.
