Towson, MD – Baltimore County police are investigating a suspected murder-suicide after a woman was found dead Tuesday morning and a man later died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
According to the Baltimore County Police Department, officers were dispatched around 10:42 a.m. Tuesday to the 9200 block of Avondale Road in response to a welfare check. When officers arrived, they discovered 28-year-old Kylee Long suffering from apparent trauma. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police said the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Terrell Pryor, was also located at the residence with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Pryor, who investigators confirmed was Long’s ex-boyfriend, was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Detectives said they are investigating the incident as a possible murder-suicide. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will conduct autopsies to determine the exact causes and manner of death.
Authorities did not provide additional details about what led to the violence but confirmed the investigation remains ongoing. Police did not indicate whether anyone else was involved, and no other injuries were reported.
Baltimore County Police continue to urge anyone with information related to the case to come forward as detectives work to establish a clearer timeline of events.
