Hagerstown, MD – Two Hagerstown men were arrested after authorities executed a major search and seizure operation Monday in Washington County, uncovering large amounts of narcotics and cash.

According to the Washington County Narcotics Task Force, agents—assisted by Maryland State Police and Hagerstown Police Department—searched an apartment at 18 Wayside Avenue, Apartment 3, on October 27, 2025. During the raid, investigators reportedly recovered approximately 2.2 pounds of methamphetamine, 32 grams of fentanyl, 450 grams of MDMA, 99 grams of cocaine, and $4,589 in U.S. currency.

Authorities arrested 32-year-old Elijah Walker-Boston and 37-year-old Jaquim Collier, both from Hagerstown. Each was charged with multiple counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics, including cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, MDMA, and PCP/LSD, as well as possession of large amounts of controlled substances not including cannabis.

The Task Force said the arrests followed an ongoing investigation into drug distribution activity in the area. Both suspects were taken into custody and face numerous felony drug charges related to possession and intent to distribute controlled dangerous substances.
