Caribou, Maine – A strong cold front pushing through Maine will bring widespread rain and possible thunderstorms Saturday, with the heaviest downpours expected across the Central Highlands and interior regions south of Katahdin.
According to the National Weather Service in Caribou, showers could begin late tonight near and north of I-95, with patchy fog developing—especially south of Katahdin. Friday remains mostly cloudy and humid, with scattered showers continuing from the Central Highlands northward.
