According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will range from 74°F to 80°F on Saturday, accompanied by a 30-50% chance of precipitation. Winds will be light, ranging from 5 to 10 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph.

By Sunday, temperatures will dip slightly, reaching between 67°F and 76°F, and the rain chances will decrease to 20-40%. As the weekend progresses, areas like Lake Charles and other parts of Southwest Louisiana may experience more breaks in the rain, though clouds will linger. Saturday night temperatures will fall to the mid-50s, while Sunday night will bring a slight chill, dipping to 59°F.

Looking ahead to Monday, temperatures will warm slightly, with highs between 76°F and 82°F. The chance of precipitation drops to 20%, bringing drier conditions, particularly for areas along the I-10 corridor. By Tuesday, the mercury will climb into the upper 80s to low 90s, signaling a return to hot, dry conditions. Winds will pick up, gusting up to 25 mph, further ushering in a warm front.
