Shreveport, LA – Temperatures are dipping across northern Louisiana as a cold front pushes through, bringing chilly mornings and sunny afternoons.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Thursday’s high will reach 58°F under sunny skies, but overnight lows will fall to 39°F. Residents can expect widespread frost early Friday morning as temperatures dip into the low 30s. With calm winds, conditions will remain stable through the weekend.

Looking ahead, highs will range from 52°F to 57°F through Sunday, with low temperatures hovering in the mid-to-upper 30s. Drivers should prepare for potentially frosty windshields in the mornings, especially along I-20 and local highways.
