According to the National Weather Service in Shreveport, the chance of precipitation Friday is 70%, with sustained southeast winds of 10 to 15 mph. Temperatures will reach a high near 74°F before dropping to the mid-60s overnight. Showers may linger into Friday night.
Saturday brings some relief, with only a 40% chance of showers before 10 a.m. The rest of the day should stay mostly cloudy, with highs near 80°F. Sunday looks warmer and drier, with a high near 86°F, though there’s a 30% chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Next week starts mild. Monday will be mostly sunny with a high of 78°F, and Tuesday is expected to be near 81°F before another round of rain arrives Tuesday night.
