Shreveport, Louisiana – Severe thunderstorms and flooding rain are expected to impact Shreveport and surrounding parishes Tuesday into Wednesday, prompting a Flood Watch across northwest Louisiana.
According to the National Weather Service in Shreveport, a Flood Watch is in effect from 7 a.m. Tuesday through 7 a.m. Wednesday, with widespread rainfall and embedded thunderstorms expected to dump 1 to 3 inches of rain, with locally higher amounts.
