The weather changes Sunday. Showers and thunderstorms become likely, mainly before 4 p.m., with another possible thunderstorm after 5 p.m.
Rain chances reach 60%. The temperature reaches 89 degrees, with northeast winds increasing to 5-10 mph.
Keep umbrellas nearby and watch changing skies before outdoor plans. Wet pavement could affect I-10, I-610 and the Crescent City Connection.
Monday brings another 60% thunderstorm chance. The greatest opportunity arrives between 1 and 4 p.m., followed by additional possible storms.
