Loudoun County, VA – A pedestrian was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after an early-morning hit-and-run crash in Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO).
Deputies responded around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2025, to reports of a man struck near the intersection of West Church Road and Magnolia Road. The victim was found in the roadway and rushed to a local hospital. Authorities say the driver fled the scene before first responders arrived.

The car may also be missing the driver’s side mirror cover and wheel opening molding.
