Los Angeles, CA – A Freeze Warning remains in effect for portions of southern California, including the Antelope Valley and Ojai Valley, until 9 a.m. Wednesday, as overnight temperatures plunge.

The National Weather Service reports that the Antelope Valley will experience lows between 15°F and 20°F, while temperatures in the Ojai Valley are expected to range from 28°F to 32°F. Frost and freeze conditions could kill sensitive vegetation and potentially damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Residents are advised to take precautions, such as covering plants, bringing potted vegetation indoors, and wrapping exposed pipes to prevent freezing. Pets and livestock should be provided with warm shelter and unfrozen water.

Temperatures are expected to rise gradually by mid-morning Wednesday. Stay informed through updates from the National Weather Service and local news outlets.
