Police investigate Criminal Defacement at Wilmington High School

Wilmington, IL – The Wilmington Police Department and surrounding jurisdictions are investigating a case of Criminal Defacement at Wilmington High School early Friday. The incident took place between 1:15am and 1:30am. 

Photographs of the suspect vehicle have been obtained by the authorities. Anyone who has any information or may have caught images on surveillance cameras is urged to contact the Wilmington Police Department at (815) 476-2811.

The investigation is ongoing and further information will be released as it becomes available. 

This is a developing story, and the authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist in the investigation. Criminal Defacement is a serious crime, and the authorities are determined to bring the perpetrator(s) to justice.
