Geneseo, NY – A Livonia man has been arrested on felony burglary and grand larceny charges following an investigation into a business break-in, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty reported that deputies responded to a burglary call on East Lake Road in the Town of Livonia on July 16, 2025, around 7 a.m. Investigators later identified the suspect as 55-year-old Thomas Williamee.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Williamee was located in Erie County on September 26 and taken into custody without incident. He was charged with felony second-degree burglary and felony fourth-degree grand larceny.
Williamee was processed at the Livingston County Jail before appearing in the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP). The District Attorney’s Office requested $15,000 bail, but a judge released Williamee under non-monetary conditions.
The Sheriff’s Office noted that the Livingston County Public Defender’s Office represented Williamee during arraignment. The Livingston County District Attorney’s Office also participated.
The case involved multiple divisions of the Sheriff’s Office, including Patrol, Criminal Investigations, and Forensic Identification.
