Officials reported that Kelly formed an online relationship with the child lasting more than a month, during which thousands of messages were exchanged.
On Thursday, February 12, sheriff’s investigators arrested Kelly and charged him with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the First Degree, a Class D felony under New York law.
