Amarillo, Texas — The National Weather Service in Amarillo reports a low chance that a band of snow could clip the northeastern combined Panhandles Monday morning.

According to the forecast, the potential snow would occur between 6 a.m. and noon Monday, primarily affecting far northeastern portions of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles. Current guidance suggests very light accumulation, if any, with a 10 percent chance of seeing as much as one-half inch of snow.
