According to Sergeant Dusan Racic of the Libertyville Police Department, the first arrest occurred October 21 in the 1100 block of Loyola Drive. Officers took Hadi A. Dudar, 20, of Libertyville, into custody on an in-state warrant for failure to appear and battery.

On October 27, police arrested Tracy L. Anderson, 30, of Round Lake Beach, in the 400 block of North Milwaukee Avenue. Anderson was wanted on a Lake County warrant for violation of an order of protection, authorities said.

The final arrest came October 30, also on North Milwaukee Avenue, where officers located Isabela Sabau, 52, of Libertyville. Sabau was wanted on a disorderly conduct warrant and was likewise transferred to the Lake County Jail.

All individuals named were charged through existing Lake County warrants. Police emphasize that these charges are accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
