Lexington County, SC – A Leesville man has been arrested after agents discovered cocaine, guns, and cash during a narcotics raid on his home, authorities confirmed Friday.
According to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department, 62-year-old Vincent Davis is charged with trafficking cocaine and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Sheriff Jay Koon said agents working with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) uncovered evidence connecting Davis to large quantities of cocaine. Investigators obtained a search warrant for his Leesville home, where they reportedly found 2 kilograms of cocaine, 24 guns, and nearly $15,000 in cash. Two vehicles were also seized from the property.
“The volume of cocaine in Davis’ house has a street value of about $44,000,” Koon said. “Getting that much cocaine and those guns off the street helps make our community safer.”
Agents arrested Davis on Friday. He is currently being held in the Lexington County Detention Center after a magistrate judge denied him bond.
