Investigators say the female suspect concealed numerous clothing items inside reusable Target bags placed in her shopping cart before leaving the store without paying. The stolen merchandise was valued at $1,636.

Authorities say the suspect then fled the area in a gray Honda Civic displaying Pennsylvania registration MSD6288, which police confirmed is not a valid plate.
