LAS VEGAS – A sleek steakhouse makes its prodigal return to the Las Vegas Strip this month.

The iconic Strip is going to have a hot new addition this month as Boa Steakhouse makes its return more than a decade later. The fine-dining restaurant officially opens Friday, October 17, at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort.

Boa previously operated inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace before closing in 2012. Now, it’s back with a fresh concept, a world-class menu, and a prime location in one of the city’s busiest resorts.

Corporate executive chef Brendan Collins is leading the kitchen, offering a mix of longtime favorites and new dishes created exclusively for Las Vegas. Diners can look forward to dishes like a 40-day dry-aged New York strip, authentic Japanese A5 wagyu, and a twice-baked potato with crème fraîche, chives, and caviar.

Vegas-exclusive dishes, such as panko-crusted lobster and caviar-topped chicken nuggets, can be enjoyed in the main dining room, on the patio, and in the three private dining rooms for a more exclusive experience.

The return of BOA Steakhouse further cements the Strip’s reputation as a foodie’s playground, raising the bar for luxury dining experiences. The 11,000-square-foot space, previously occupied by Villa Azur, provides Boa Steakhouse with the perfect blend of tourist traffic. With its high-end menu, stylish design, and Instagram-worthy presentation, BOA is poised to draw crowds and add another layer of excitement to the Las Vegas tourism scene.
