LAS VEGAS – Gymkhana, a two-Michelin-star restaurant from London, will open its first U.S. location this fall at Aria Resort & Casino.
The Las Vegas Strip, known for its vibrant food scene, will soon welcome Gymkhana, founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants. The restaurant will expand the Strip’s international dining options with upscale Indian cuisine. .
Inspired by the social clubs of India’s high society, Gymkhana will serve dishes such as tandoor-grilled chicken and fragrant biryanis, along with Indian-inspired cocktails. The menu will also include items exclusive to Las Vegas.
“Las Vegas is home to many world-class restaurants and showcases many cuisines, but the Aria team was the first to recognize that the time is ripe for Indian food to be at the forefront,” Jyotin Sethi said in a statement. “We are thrilled to be bringing our Indian hospitality and food to such a vibrant scene.”
Gymkhana will open in the former Julian Serrano Tapas space. While Las Vegas has many Indian restaurants, this is the city’s first upscale dining option. It will also be Aria’s first marquee restaurant opening in two years, signaling new competition among high-end Strip establishments.
