Deputies say they detained Thorin David Rogers, 36, of Noti, after responding to the scene and speaking with multiple witnesses. According to investigators, Rogers allegedly fired shots at the tires of a vehicle to prevent the occupants from leaving. Authorities noted that a juvenile was inside the vehicle at the time. The victims were reportedly able to flee on foot, and no injuries were reported.

After conducting an investigation, deputies arrested Rogers and booked him into the Lane County Jail on multiple charges, including Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Menacing, Recklessly Endangering, and Coercion.
